Any bid placed on an item within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes on that item. The auto-extend feature remains active on a per-item basis until no further bids are received within the 5 minute time frame. By registering and placing a bid you agree that if you happen to become a default bidder, Crowe Real Estate & Auction has the right to charge your credit card for the entire balance of your invoice, plus any and all costs incurred by the seller and Crowe Real Estate & Auction in a subsequent resell of the item(s). FIREARMS: A $25 Transfer/Processing Fee applies to each firearm. Transfer will be completed through ET Firearms, LLC. You must be at least 18 years old to bid on long guns and 21 years old to bid on hand guns. All applicable gun laws will be observed. Full payment is required before any of the paperwork involved is started. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and buyer's premium forfeited. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms). Please bring a case or container for your firearm as it is required per Michigan law to carry out of the facility. By purchasing through this auction you agree to follow the manufactures safety instructions and to only use the firearms in a safe manner in an approved area for a legal purpose. You are assuming all responsibility for the legality of a specific item when you purchase it. You are responsible for checking all local laws before bidding on or using an item sold here. You are responsible for complying with all firearms laws in your area. Requirements for Purchase: A PURCHASE PERMIT IS REQUIRED IF THE PURCHASER DOES NOT HAVE A VALID CPL. PURCHASE PERMITS ARE AVAILABLE AT ANY LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY ALL FIREARMS REQUIRE REGISTRATION TO BE COMPLETED AT THE TIME OF TRANSFER 18 years of age or older to bid on auction 18 years of age or older to purchase long guns or ammo 21 years of age or older to purchase hand guns Buyer will be required to pass a NICS background check (Even Valid CPL holders are required to have a background check.) Muzzleloaders do not require background check. For buyers that live outside of Michigan: (a.) Rifles may be picked up at our location OR sent to an FFL dealer in your state. (b.) Hand guns are required to be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state for pick up SHIPPING OF FIREARMS: There is a minimum $50 shipping charge for all firearms. All firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federal firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing, FFLs are fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you) and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to the buyer. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer including any required background checks, the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her FFL. Crowe Real Estate & Auction will provide an option to ship via Shipping Saint. Buyers requesting shipping service will need to call our office at the conclusion of the sale at 989-720-7355. Buyers that have requested shipping will have a separate invoice emailed and texted to them with a pay link. Auction invoices and shipping invoices must be paid before any item will be sent out. While Crowe Real Estate & Auction packs all items to the best of their ability and as safe as possible, all shipped items will be insured for the invoice amount. If a greater insurance amount is wanted, the buyer must request the amount before the packaging process begins. Once items leave the auction facility, Crowe Real Estate & Auction is not responsible for broken or damaged goods upon arrival to customer.
