The auctioneer, staff, and company are not responsible for the condition of the items. 4. Glassware Handling: All glassware items have been wrapped in newspaper and carefully boxed for protection. 5. Inspection: Buyers may inspect boxed items to ensure they are in the same condition as represented in the pictures. 6. Preview Dates: There are no preview dates for this auction due to limited space and time. 7. Announcements: Announcements and updates made on the day of the sale take precedence over all other advertising. 8. Item Pickup: Items won must be picked up on the specified Thursday and Friday following the auction. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned. 9. Card Fees: There are no additional credit/debit card fees for this auction. 10. Chargebacks: By accepting the terms and conditions, you agree to pay for the items you won as described and will not initiate a chargeback. This agreement serves as a fully executed and enforceable contract. If a chargeback is attempted, we will provide this contract to the credit card company as documentation of your acceptance of our terms and conditions, which could result in additional fees between you and the creditor. 11.
