Pick up date: By Appointment Payment: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $115.00. Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) up to $3,000. Invoices over $3,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any declined payment. By agreeing to our terms, you are allowing us to charge your credit card following the auction. This online bidding system is set to “EXTEND ALL” at 7:00PM on Monday, July 8th. Meaning if a bid is placed on any specific lot / item within the last 3 minutes, the entire auction will extend another 3 minutes. This will keep all items open until the bidding is complete on all lots so you don’t lose out on a lot that closes in the beginning before you are done bidding. In a reserve auction, if a bidder's max bid is below the reserve, the system bids on behalf of the seller up to the reserve. Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to that auction.  Before you bid, please take a few seconds, and look at the information provided. This will have the location, date / times for the preview and pickup, and other pertinent information. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission.  You are bidding on the described item, not the photo. Please bid accordingly.   Pickup: All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time(s).  Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV & will be handled at our discretion (unless other arrangements have been made).
