This Staunton VA downsizing auction features furniture, collectibles, sterling silver and other jewelry, antiques, framed art from local artists, and other household items. All of these items come from a clean smoke free home. Our sellers have sold their house and can't take everything with them.

Preview and Pickup Information:

This is an online only auction which will begin to close on June 27 at 7:00 PM at the rate of 3 lots per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute.

Preview for this auction will be Thursday June 27 from 4-5 PM at 2613 N Augusta St. Staunton VA 24401. Pickup is at the same location on Friday June 28 from 9 AM to 6 PM. Shipping is available at the buyers expense for smaller items in this auction. Please bring boxes and packing material for small items and help to assist in loading your large item purchases.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
