If you cannot pay and pick up your items during the designated removal times, please refrain from bidding. 6. Auction Company Does Not Provide Loading Assistance: Buyers must arrive with sufficient help and appropriate loading equipment to safely and efficiently handle and transport large or heavy items. 8. Participation Requirements: To bid, you must provide your name, address, daytime phone number, email address, and a valid credit card. 12. Currency Type: All transactions are in USD. 13. Retention of Credit Card Information: By providing your credit card information, you authorize Wooley Auctioneers, Inc. to charge your credit card for the total amount of any successful bid, including the Buyer's Premium. 14. Buyer's Contract: Placing bids on the Wooley Auctioneers website constitutes a binding contract, and you are responsible for payment.
