This is an Online Only Auction. Proper and complete online registration is required to bid. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid. By registering to bid and/or bidding on a item, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other notices that the Auction Company makes known. You are also legally obligated to make complete payment of your invoice.
Gold Star Auctions, LLC. has sole discretion as to who can or cannot place bids. We do not have the ability to register bidders, nor do we control registrations. You, as the bidder, register through Hibid.
All items are "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please let me be clear about this. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no refunds, returns or buybacks. It is the bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value or any other determinitive factor.. Bidder waives their right to any attempted chargebacks for items.
We attempt to point out factors that determine the bids that you may place, such as size, nicks, scratches, cracks and wear. BUT KNOW that lack of an all encompassing description or a picture that shows a flaw, it is still and will always be the bidders responsibilty to make the buying decision.
All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file at close of the auction. All invoices will show the 15% buyers premium calculated from the bidders total winnig amount. Bidder waives their right to a chargeback and agrees that they will not charge back any purchase.
See listing or invoice for pickup dates. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. Gold Star Auctions,LLC., nor is any homeowner, responsible for any injuries sustained. We do not supply assistance, tools or dollies. Shipping is through Goin Postal, a third party shipper. They will contact you to make payment. Do not contact the auction company for shipping times.
If you do not pick up your merchandise at the allotted times, or notify the company prior to the end of pickup, your items will be forfeited.
If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms and Conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all expenses incurred by Gold Star Auctions,LLC. Including, but not limited to, attorney fees, commision loss, advertising loss, etc.
There is a 15% buyers premium attached to this auction. Payment is through credit card at conclusion of auction. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
It is at our discretion to add or remove items from the auction at any time
We reserve the right to reschedule, extend, cancel, ban, change as needed to protect the auction company.

What an interesting auction. We have a Cub Cadet riding mower, Honda 7000 generator, Craftsman air compressor and work bench, a Wilton vise and a lot of other tools. There are multiple spools of copper wire and a great deal of electrical tools and supplies.
We also have oil bottles, knives, scuba gear, refriigerant tanks, a kitchen cart and a large lot of older cameras. And don't forget the good selection of vintage and antique items, including an older Lava Lamp, crocks, metal display cabinets, Tupperware, 1940's brass door lock sets and a
F. Grayson Sayre print. Lastly, there are some Levi jeans and other brand name mens clothes.
This is an online only auction ending Wednesday June 19, 2024 with a soft close beginning at 7pm CT. PICKUP to be Thursday June 20, 2024 from 12 noon to 6pm. Shipping available see Terms.
