ALL Buyers are responsible to bring their own help(Labor) to assist with pickup and loading, as well as their own packing supplies(Box and wrapping paper, packing pads).
The Auction Company does not provide man power for pickup or loading.

An invoice will be sent for shipping costs, if not paid within 14 days items are considered abandoned and NO REFUND of purchase price will be issued.

NO REFUND will be given. Patrick Morgan Auction Services, LLC reserves the right to charge a handling fee, not to exceed $25 per item and based on size, for delivery to the third-party shipper.
The Packing and Shipping Fees are then between the BUYER and the third-party shipper. The BUYER assumes ALL risk of loss, upon delivery to the third-party shipper. Should BUYER reject the third-party shipper's packing and shipping charges, the Item/s will be considered abandoned, and ownership reverts to Auction Company and/or original Seller with NO REFUND to BUYER, at which time the Auction Co. and/or Seller may resell said item/s and retain ALL proceeds as liquidated damages and related costs of removal or disposal.
We strive to satisfy all our buyer's shipping needs; however, we are an auction company, not a shipping company. Our in-house shipping manager tries very hard to find the cheapest and best way to get all purchases to our buyers safe and efficiently.
