All questions regarding merchandise should be asked before the auction begins. On rare occasions, an item may be sold that is no longer in inventory. This can happen due to a clerical error, damaged item, or shortage from our suppliers. In the event that an item is purchased that is no longer in inventory, we will reimburse the full purchase price of the item, plus any auction fees or taxes.
