45 days after auction date. Interest to be paid at the rate 7%
per annum on unpaid balance from date of auction to day of
settlement. If buyer defaults at settlement buyer will forfeit
the down payment in full. Cost of property tax will be adjusted
from date of auction. All settlement fees and costs, transfer and
recordation tax will be borne by buyer. Additional terms may be
made day of auction. Owner reserves the right to reject any and
all bids. If seller cannot convey good title, buyer’s sole remedy
will be return of deposit.
