If they are taking possession of the guns on consignment and do not have an FFL, they are violating Virginia code and guns could be seized. We offer special consignment rates for higher quality guns and coins whether we are selling in our live sale or our online HiBid sales.

All of our gun sales follow federal and Virginia laws. If you purchase a firearm, you will need to pass a background check. We can do those on site for $22.00 (includes background check fee, paperwork fee, and a gun lock). We do background checks for Virginia residents only.
