PREBIDDING & LIVE WEBCAST BIDDING:
The auction will be open for pre/absentee bidding & will offer live webcast bidding on Friday, June 28, 2024. If you cannot attend the live auction you may leave your max absentee bid and the bid will be taken to the live auction. As well as live webcast bidding during the auction. Live online bidding will begin at Noon (CST) on June 28, 2024 and will be subject to internet service and capabilities. All are encouraged to place their max pre/absentee bids prior to live auction in case of any internet/bidding failures &/or delays during the live auction.

Special Terms for Online Bids:
Buyer's Premium: 5% for online bidding only
Credit Card Convenience Fee: 3.5%
If online bidder is paying by credit card:
5% buyer's premium + 3.5% CC Fee = 8.5% fee added to total purchase price and charged at time of processing CC.
Approved payment types include: CC; cash; cashier's check; wire transfer- Please call or email for Bank Routing Numbers & Instructions; check (upon approval); and credit/debit cards when available (3.5% convenience fee applies).
The buyer agrees to pay a 5% buyer's premium added to the final purchase price for online bidders only. Down Payment Monies are to be paid for by 5pm CST on Monday, July 1, 2024. All sales are final. The buyer agrees, upon registration, to all terms and conditions of the sale.
In order to place absentee bids all bidders must be signed up and register to bid through https://essickauction.hibid.com.

TERMS OF SALE (The Following Terms Are Non-Negotiable) Registration at the auction (online and/or in person) finalizes each bidder's agreement to the terms and conditions of sale as stated in this document and any addenda which are incorporated by reference into your bidding.
ONLINE ABSENTEE BIDDING PARTICIPATION 101:
Steps:
1 - Click on the Register to Bid Button - Complete the Registration
2 - Agree to the Terms of the Auction
3 - An email will be sent to you with further instructions allowing you to bid a certain amount prior to requiring a bank letter of credit to continue bidding for large ticket items.
4 - After Submitting Registration click on View Catalog to place your absentee bids.
5 - All absentee bids will be taken to our Live Auction which will begin Friday, June 28 2024 at NOON (CST). *Enjoy bidding from the comfort of your Office, Home or on your Mobile Device*
6 - Each lot will open with the current absentee bid that shows in the lot.
7 - If you cannot join the Live Auction leave your highest absentee bid. If you are the winning bidder you will be contacted by phone or email at the close of the auction day on June 28, 2024 with further instructions for wire transfers/payments as well as pick up information.
If no contact with the auction service prior to June 27, 2024 for payment arrangements have been made and you are the winning bidder at the end of the auction then your credit card will be automatically billed for the purchase price and applicable fees.
If you make prior payment arrangements and you are the winning bidder your CC will be charged a $1,000.00 holding fee + applicable fees until full payment has been made.
There is no fee to register although a valid credit card will be required to verify identity and funds. By bidding you are representing to Essick Auction & Realty, LLC (Auctioneer) and the seller that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this sale as stated herein. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated DO NOT BID or you will be bound by those terms and conditions. By bidding you agree to all disclosures.
Essick Auction & Realty, LLC shall not be responsible for malfunctions or system errors which cause a bid or bidder to fail to be recognized or registered.
If your ONLINE/ABSENTEE BID wins an auction item you will be notified by email or phone call the evening of the auction, and your bankcard will be charged at that time with all noted fees. We will charge the bank card you entered when you registered for this auction. If you wish to pay by cash, check, wire transfer, etc. on Monday July 1, 2024 YOU MUST NOTIFY US BEFORE 4:00 PM central time Thursday, June 27, 2024 by either phone 417-883-SOLD or email jacque@essickauction.com. A $1,000.00 hold fee + applicable fees will be charged to your registered CC regardless of payment arrangements.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
The lot descriptions for all property have been prepared and detailed in good faith to the best of the sellers and auctioneer's knowledge and ability. Essick Auction & Realty, LLC & seller will not guarantee functionality, serviceability or odometer or hour meter accuracy of any of the items sold and strongly recommends that all items be checked by the bidder or the bidder's trusted agent to his or her own satisfaction PRIOR to bidding. Failure of any bidder to perform adequate inspection and due diligence SHALL NOT constitute grounds for any refund in whole or in part.
All property is sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' with no financing, post-sale inspection or other contingencies. Essick Auction & Realty, LLC represents the seller only and will not inspect items on behalf of a bidder. Failure of a buyer to be fully informed on the condition or description accuracy of an item of property will not constitute grounds for any claim adjustment or right to cancel sale.

THE REGISTERED BIDDER IS PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE, LEGALLY AND FINANCIALLY FOR ALL AUCTION ITEMS BID UPON WHETHER REPRESENTING ONE'S SELF OR ACTING AS AN AGENT. AN ONLINE BID ACCEPTED AT PUBLIC AUCTION IS A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT TO PURCHASE. ANY BIDDER WHO FAILS TO CONSUMATE A PURCHASE WILL BE BANNED FROM BIDDING AT ALL FUTURE AUCTION EVENTS AND MAY BE PURSUED FOR CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS.
