All items bid on and not picked up will be charged to the high bidder's credit card at the close of pick-up. Please bring help and packing as needed. If you purchase any furniture, make sure that you bring help to move it. Our auction staff is not available to help with moving furniture.

Any items not picked up by the scheduled pick up day & time will be forfeited by the buyer and will be considered abandoned and ownership reverts back to the seller.
