This is an ONLINE ONLY auction. NO SHIPPING. All items are sold AS IS, Where Is. By registering to bid in this auction, you agree to the terms of inspection or waive your right to inspect the item. All items are sold in their current condition at pickup. Please call/email with questions prior to bidding.
Items are scheduled to close in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds on the date of the close. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will extend the closing for an additional 1 minute.
Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you desire. The software will then bid on your behalf, up to your max bid in competition with other bids. You will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction. Onsite pickup & checkout will be on Saturday, July 13, 2024 from 10:00AM-2:00PM. Location= 12990 NW Hawthorne Drive, Platte City MO 64079. After the auction has ended, you will be emailed an itemized invoice. Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure you don't miss your invoice. Must pay at local pickup (NO SHIPPING) - cash, check or card (3% convenience fee on card purchases). MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AT REGISTRATION.
Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. You are expected to pay for all items won regardless of how many you bid on. Additionally, any bidder that does not pay for their items will not be allowed to participate in future Hiatt Auction Service online events.
Auction company is not responsible for internet issues you may experience during closing. We reserve the right to pause/postpone the closing if there are technical issues out of our control. Due to the passing of Mrs. Clemen's husband , she has decided to move closer to her children. She has hired Hiatt Auction Service to sell her belongings. Mrs. Clemen's husband was a long time electrician, as well as traveler and outdoorsman. This online only auction will consist of a large amount of electrical supplies, tools, garage materials, some furniture, many houshold items, and much more. Their is a vast array of firearm's. These sporting items will be sold with purchaser required to fill out a bill of sale, and a copy of your ID will be required. These items are in remarkable condition and tools have been well maintained. Auction will begin on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 7pm and will begin to close at 7pm on Friday, July 12, 2024. Onsite pickup and payment will be on Saturday, July 13, 2024 from 10:00am-2:00pm! 10 MOSSBERG 22 long gun Mossberg International 71st, 22 caliber rifle. Has rarely been shot. Very light weight composite piece. 11 20 gauge pump shotgun manufacturer unknown. 28� barrel with modified choke. Made in USA, barrel had some surface rust. 13 JC Higgins 2 gauge Bolt action 12 gauge. Super cool old gun. 18� barrel. 14 Springfield model 1898 Rifle Very cool Springfield collector rifle. Sites need some repair. Metal has some surface rust. 15 Remington 30.06 Rifle Remington model 700 30.06 sportsman rifle. Composite stock, open sites with leather shoulder strap. Few surface spots of rust on barrel. Great caliber fun for deer hunting. 16 Sears & Roebuck model300 Model 300 12 gauge automatic. Solid old gun shoots 2� 3/4 shells with outward screw on choke. Little surface rust on finger slide and one side of barrel. 17 JC Higgins 16 gauge Sears Roebuck model 583 bolt action 16 gauge. Best old fun. 25� barrel. Has some surface rust on barrel. 18 22 long rifle 22 bolt action long rifle. Clip load rifle. No manufactures name found. Little surface rust at end of barrel. 19 410 single shot Very old single shot 410. Manufacture unknown or not readable. Gun has some surface rust on barrel and around trigger casing. Barrel length 26�. 20 Steven�s double barrel 12 gauge Older Steven�s model 311 side by side 12 gauge. Cool old gun in decent shape. Few surface rust spots and minor dings. 30� barrels. 21 Remington model 141 Remington 32 caliber pump action rifle. Very interesting piece. Has some surface rust on barrel, and en did barrel sites. Gun pumps but some attention and service needed. 22 Remington score master 22 Remington model 511 bolt action 22. Very old gun. Barrel has some dings and minor chips with little surface wear on bolt slide. 23 JC Higgins 22 rifle; JC Higgins model 41 bolt action 22 rifle. Older rifle. Has some surface rust and knocks on barrel, in working order. 24 CBC 12 gauge Brazilian made single shot 12 gauge. Imported via Miami FL. Interesting gun. Shoots 3� shells. Some surface rust on barrel. 51 Foldable patio chairs 3 collapsible folding chairs with cases. In good condition. 49 Mid century pocket cabinet 26� tall , 23� wide.
