Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantee or warranty of any kind. All Sales Final. All units must be cleaned out by Sunday June 2 @ 5 pm. Or rent unit for a month. No dumpster use is allowed. Sale ends May 30th, 2024, 6PM. Current tenants have until 4 pm on May 29th to settle lien or the sale will proceed.
