We have partnered with Evans Firearms & Archery located at2020 Regency Road, Lexington, KY 40503. They will be handling the transfer of all firearms. If you are the winning bidder you will contact the auction company to arrange payment. Once payment has been verified you can take your paid receipt to Evans Firearms & Archery to collect your firearm(s). Buyer is responsible for all transfer and shipping fees. Evans Firearms & Archery will collect all fees associated with transfer paperwork and/or shipping to a different FFL dealer. Transfer paperwork fees average $25 per gun. SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the purchase price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding or will be charged the sales tax.
