DIRECTIONS TO FARM: From the intersection of Highway 64 & 77, (west of Perry and east of Covington, OK), go 4 miles south, 1 mile west, � mile south.
This very nice Noble County farm consists of approximately 160� acres. This farm is a very nice cattle farm with 4 nice ponds located throughout the property. The farm has perimeter and cross fencing, as well as, nice cattle corral, tub, alley, and squeeze chute. The corral panels are the free -standing panels, so you can configure it different ways. There is rural water that runs down the westside of the farm, but no current tap on this farm. Access is by county gravel and shale roads.
