2016 Bandit Beast 4680T Horizontal Grinder

This machine has a 60-tooth mill with a CAT C32 1200hp powering it.

This machine comes with a CAT 325 under carriage with rubber track pads installed, Ansul wet chemical fire suppression system, and the rapid advanced feeding technology.

We have recently replaced a lot of major components such as: secondary and primary discharge conveyor belts, CAT to Bandit communication harnesses, and upgraded infeed drive motor and gear box.

The clutch was replaced at 5404 machine hours which included a new clutch pack, idler gear, pump drive gears, oil pump, drive coupler, clutch drive sheave, drive belts, and the clutch oil tank was sent out to be cooked/ cleaned.

Disclaimer: The machine has a slight vibration coming from it, as we believe the mill shaft will need to be replaced.
