You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 10% for this Real Estate Auction. Instructions and Bank Numbers Will be sent in an Email at the Conclusion of the Auction for the Wiring of the 10% Non-Refundable Buyer's Premium Deposit if you are Not Present at the Physical Live Auction. If Present, Payment may be made by Cash or Check. The Bidding Price will be Due at Closing which will Occur 45-60 Days from the Day of the Auction.
Terms are strictly:
* Payment by Wire on Friday - May 31. Instructions will be sent with the Bank Numbers on Thursday Evening at the Completion of the Real Estate Auction.
This Real Estate is being sold "as is & where is" with no warranty or guarantee. This means the property is sold as is without any warranty either expressed or implied. The buyer will bear any or all expenses required in repairing or correcting any defect that exists on this property or any tests required.
