Terms and Conditions of Sale:
BY SUBMITTING ANY BID YOU ARE SIGNIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Chesapeake Auction House.
1. All bidders must register with the Chesapeake Auction House and give full identifications to bid including a valid credit card.
2. Full payment is due on completion of sale. All Sales are Final�. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Master Charge, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card.
4. All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises.
5. All items must be removed within one week of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Buyers assume responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Shipping is available with a shipping and handling fee. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not�. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House is required by Maryland law to charge state sales tax of 6%. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction.
7. Chesapeake Auction House takes great care in the description and representation of all items, but these items are offered "as is" and "where is". The auctioneer and seller make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, fitness or condition. The bidder is encouraged to inspect before the bid.
8. The Auctioneer hereby reserves the right to group, reduce, add or delete lots.
9. Buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneers and the Sellers from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from, any injuries to persons or property caused during the auction or during the removal of items purchased. Furthermore the Buyer is solely responsible for any damage to the real property caused by or during the removal of items purchase.

There are 2 rows of diamonds on each side of the blue stone. 59 Vntg 10K White Gold Round & Baguette Diamonds Ring This band ring contains 3 rows of diamonds which are all recessed or flush with the top. It is hallmarked & is about a size 7.5. It was bought as containing a carat of diamonds per our consignor. 82 Vintage 14K Gold Ruby & Diamond Band Ring This hallmarked ring contains 10 rubies & 6 small bezel set diamonds between & at the end of the rubies. It is about a size 7.25 & is from the 70�s or 80�s. It was bought as containing about 3 carats of rubies. 83 Vintage 14K Gold 2 Piece Diamond Ring Set In addition to being hallmarked this ring is also marked Park & Magnolia. It is about a size 7+, see picture, & contains nice diamonds. It was bought as containing 1/4 carat of diamonds. 84 18K Gold Sapphire & Ruby Pendant This hallmarked pendant is about 1 3/8 inches long including the bale. It resembles stained glass through its design.
