There is metered parking in the front of the building as well as alley access which is the preferred access point. Upon arrival you can call 218-536-0029 in the event we are not at the entrance to let you in the building. You can access the alley off of 1st. Ave. N. at the public parking lot access point, we will also have K-BID signs to direct you. Most items will need to be packed at buyers discretion to remove their winning lots. Bring boxes and packing materials to remove your lots as there will not be any packing materials at the removal site. Items can be transferred to Walker for different removal time if that location is more convenient. Please call or text before the auction closes to arrange a transfer. Transfer fees may apply.
