Bidding Begins: Saturday, 4/27/24  starting @ 5:30 p.m.

Bidding Concludes: Friday, 5/3/24, starting @ 6:30 p.m.

Pick up items:  Saturday, 5/4/24, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  No early pick-ups.  No additional pick-up days.  Parking is available at the property.  Property is a long, winding single lane, country driveway.  Buyers leaving have right of way, please be courteous if approaching and pull off to the side.  Bring a small cart with you if you have multiple lots to carry as you may need to hike up hill a bit depending on parking availability on the pad and turnaround areas.  Bring furniture dollies, boxes and packing materials, and extra muscle for heavy items.  Staff are not permitted to lift or carry your goods.  

Auction Type: Absolute, no reserves. 

Pick up location is on Gore Orphanage Rd, New London, OH.  Full address will be disclosed on your invoice.  

THIS IS A ONE TIME PICK UP, PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE PICKUP TIME. NO OTHER TIMES AVAILABLE. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won.   ABANDONED ITEMS WILL INCUR A DISPOSAL/TRANFER FEE OF UP TO $20.

Your own muscle is required, please bring help or arrange movers for heavy items.  Winning bidders MUST provide or bring their own help, materials (boxes/packing supplies), and tools needed to move items safely.  We will not be able to help move/load furniture or other items. Thank you.
