There will be a 10 % Buyer’s Premium added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price. Full payment will be due at pick up. Payments of cash, check, or certified check are accepted. Credit cards & debit cards are also accepted with a 3.5% fee. 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final sales price on every invoice unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is completed. Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality, and description of property before bidding.  All information and descriptions are believed to be correct, however, no warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. All property is sold “as is, where is” and all sales are final. All bidding must be done online through Apro.bid. No load-out help will be provided on pick up day, so buyer will need to bring their own labor if needed. Seller: Mosley Estate **Auction End Time:  This auction is scheduled to begin closing at 6PM. Item closing times will vary. If a bid is placed on an item in the last 5 minutes, the bidding will automatically extend for an additional 5 minutes for that item.
