Auction Terms & Conditions This is an ONLINE-ONLY auction. All bidders must register with a valid credit card before bidding. AUCTION TERMS: All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults with no returns, refunds or adjustments. Preview of items is available, and strongly encouraged, any time prior to auction. Call for a viewing appointment (601-551-7495). There is no warranty expressed or implied on any auction items. There is a buyer's Premium of 15% on all winning bids. Valid Credit Card required for bidding. Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, (4% Credit Card Fee will be charged on all credit card payments) Credit Card on file will be charged within 24 hours of the close of the auction. All sales subject to 7% sales tax.( Mississippi residents only) Only EXEMPT if you hold a Mississippi Sales Tax Resale Certificate. After 30 days, items left will be considered abandoned and will become the sole property of Deep South Rarities, LLC to do with as we see fit with no refunds. Deep South Rarities, LLC and the seller do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. Deep South Rarities, LLC encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before bidding. Deep South Rarities, LLC has attempted to provide accurate descriptions and photos of all items. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition of each lot. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All sales are final. There are no returns or refunds. No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. **Important**: All pickups have to wait until the auction ends, invoices have been sent out, and payments have been made. Pickup days and times will be provided. We will help load if we can, but we recommend bringing your own help in case we aren't available to do so. We also recommend that you bring your own boxes and packing material. Seller acknowledges that the Deep South Rarities, LLC may not have any control over the website(s) and cannot guarantee its operation or performance. There are occasional interruptions and delays relating to the use of the Internet and the Website. Furthermore, Deep South Rarities, LLC shall not be held liable (for lost profits or special damages) or responsible for the function of the website or its inability to function. Buyer acknowledges that hardware malfunctions, software malfunctions, viruses, and similar issues do occur and are beyond the knowledge, scope, and control of Deep South Rarities, LLC. (B) The website is administered by Deep South Rarities, LLC from its offices in the United States of America and agrees to be bound by and comply with all applicable laws. (C) Deep South Rarities, LLC reserves the right to deny any person ,for any reason , permission or access to bid online. (D) Winning bidders will be notified via email at the auction close. All transactions are governed by Mississippi law. Buyers agree that any dispute or claim arising out of the purchase and sale of any item will have jurisdiction in the County Court of Lincoln County, Mississippi Jason Boatwright, Auctioneer Mississippi License# 1716 Shipping: All items marked with a shipping icon will be shipped , upon request, using either USPS or UPS. The buyer will be charged exact shipping costs plus up to $25 per package handling fee depending on the size of the package and the materials needed for the package. Deep South Rarities, LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. All USPS Priority and UPS Ground packages will be shipped with $100 of insurance at no added cost to the buyer. If you would like extra insurance on a package please contact us by phone or email within 24 hrs of the close of the auction and we will accommodate at the buyers expense. Items without a shipping icon may still possibly be shipped ( depending on the size) upon buyers request.
