Any unpaid invoices will result in revocation of bidding privileges. *Items may be picked up in person at 105 S Main St in Fuquay Varina, unless advertised otherwise. Items advertised as onsite pickup must be removed from the location on advertised pickup day only. Failure to pick up items on designated date and time will result in forfeiture of items without refund. Items in our building must be picked up within 4 of close of the auction. Any items not picked up will be forfeited by the buyer without a refund. Shipping arrangements may be made with a third party shipper Fuquay Auction Company reserves the right to deem any item as too large or fragile to ship. The Buyer assumes all responsibility for items shipped, Fuquay Auction Company is not responsible for items damaged in transit. Buyer assumes responsibility for any insurance claims for damaged shipments. Fuquay Auction Company will gladly accommodate pick-up from pre-paid outside shipping services (i.e. U-Ship, Fed-Ex, UPS).
