On Tuesday, April 9th Bidder #2047, Karim Ali of Duluth, GA, was the apparent high bidder for this auction.  Mr. Ali signed the Purchase and Sale Agreement and then made multiple promises to wire the earnest money funds.   As of April 16th we still do not have record of his earnest money wire.  Obviously he is in default of our agreement and we are within our right to offer the property again.  Mr. Ali and one other bidder were the only active bidders after the high bid reached $210,000.  For this reason, we are holding another expedited auction and starting bids at $195,000.  All aspects of the auction will function just as before and all information is still the same as shared for the previous auction.  This auction is live now and will start to close at 3 PM tomorrow, April 17th.  You may need to register for this auction even though you were already registered for the previous one.  Please let us know if you have any issues.  Thank you for your participation and for your understanding.
