All items sold as is where is. We do our very best to examine all itmes carefully, disclose and picture any defect in an item.
When you bid, you bid. Bidding means you are agreeing to purchase the item for the amount you bid. Please do not ask the auction company to simply "remove your bid". Take care what you are bidding on. Placing the bid is the same thing as making a contract to buy at your bid amount plus the buyer's premium.
Auction Company does NOT help with load out. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE!
Items must be paid for before removal.
Guns transfer: Buyer is responsible for all gun transfer fees. Peoples Choice Pawn on Jordan St. in Mt. Vernon, IL. will handle transfers for a $40 fee. Instructions will be sent in your invoice.
Any item left after pick up times published will be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made. In the event another time has been arranged and buyer fails to pick up within 30 days, item will be considered abandoned. Customers are, however, still responsible for payment.
Auction company reserves the right to bid on any item on behalf of the seller to the reserve. The system will not increase your bid to reserve even if you put in full reserve amount, so auction company may place bid close to the reserve amount
Auctioneer has the right to decline a request to bid in the auction from any bidder if she has any reason to question the potential bidder's ability/willingness to pay or pick up.
Auction Company nor Sellers are responsible for accidents.

Vehicle title will be released if paid for by cash. If not, a bill of sale will be given to buyer and title mailed 10 days after auction.

Two jars have lids with the peanut man on top The one on the far left has a lid that says Smuckers. 1982, 1983 and 1984 dates are on the bottoms 97 Old pickle jar with wood grip on handle do not see any chips or necks? 98 Made in Japan creamer, sugar, small, kerosene lamp, little boy, elf/angel, figuring. Small vase appears to be hand-painted as part of it is raised and says maiden occupied, Japan. 99 Hand made quilt. Appears to be machine quilted, however. I did not see any stains rips or anything negative. Appears to be an excellent condition. 100 Handmade hand quilted quilt. In very good condition, but does show a few minor stains on the back Probably would come out with a little Felds Naptha! 101 Handmade quilt, and appears to be hand quilted. Two matching shams. Quilt has had tabs added for hanging. Appears to be in excellent condition. 102 Handmade red and white tact quilt. Appears to be about a twin size. Appears to be an excellent condition 105 Miniature trinket boxes, including Dutch woman carrying water at least I assume that's what she is carrying 109 111 SP and S crock, Roseville, Ohio kitchen, crock, Frankoma, and another 2 quart high jar, Robinson Roseville, Ohio crock 112 Fenton custard, uranium glass vase approximately 6 inches tall 113 Old metal, milk, crate, old, grocery scales, milk, and magnesia jar, and miscellaneous 115 Cast-iron grill, skillet and saucepan. Saucepan says American camper on the lid others have no name. 119 Ice tongs, and Log tongs Log tongs are 20 inches long 120 Number eight skillet with lid, number 14 skillet says made in the USA and 10 inch skillet no name 127 Three jacks including high lift model HL485 and Symplex number 141 131 4 come alongs, 2 LEBUS, 1 Durbin Durco and one Rusty and I can't read it 136 141 142 143 Canning jars.
