PLEASE NOTE: This sale is being conducted in a private home and there are no exceptions to the removal date. Later accomodations will not be provided, items paid for and not picked up during the scheduled removal will be considered abondoned and no refunds given. If special pickup arrangements are required, outside the pick-up window, an additional minimum $35 special handling fee will be assessed. PACKING MATERIALS: Typically packing materials including boxes are not provided. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pick-up/auction site. We are not responsible for items forgotten or left behind. LARGE ITEMS: Northern Lights Senior Transitions Associate are unable to assist in the removal of any items including larger furniture. Please bring appropriate help and an appropriately sized vehicle! As most of our auctions are conducted in private homes, some items may be located in the upper or lower levels of the home. NO SHOWS/UNPAID INVOICES: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account locked down by K-BID and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated. SHIPPING: If an item is offered as shippable, we will bring the item to a third-party shipping company for you. We have no control over the fees they may charge. There are factors that will greatly increase the rate including the size and weight. i.e. Artwork is expensive to ship because of the size, not the weight. We charge a handling fee of $10 per lot, plus the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are variable based on the item and buyer location! S&H fee to be combined at discretion of Northern Lights Senior Transitions. If you would like your item shipped: 1. Invoice for all items to be shipped must be PAID IN FULL. We will not ship if unpaid. 2. Email angie@northernlightsst.com with your name, bidder number and the auction title stating please ship my items. WE MUST HAVE NOTIFICATION BEFORE THE PICKUP TIME CLOSES. 3. We will typically bring your item to third-party shipping company within two days of the pickup/removal date. 4. The third-party shipping company will send you a separate invoice for shipping your items. The items will not ship until the invoice has been paid. Please allow 5-10 days for processing time. 5. Once paid your item will be shipped.

Open Cupboard offers a mobile program to 7 local senior living communities.
