NO Refunds or Exchanges. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ESTATE SALES. ESTATE SALE PURCHASES ARE ONLY CHARGED APPLICABLE SALES TAX! -There is a 15% Buyers Premium on your purchases at auction on your items. You will be charged 6.5% Sales Tax on your purchases, unless you have a copy of your valid re-sale certificate on file with us. -All merchandise must be paid in full on the day of the auction regardless of when it is picked up. All items must be picked up within 48 Hours, Please call for appointment at 904-806-4274. After 48 Hours, all property remaining on the premises become the property of GEAC, and no refunds will be given

Please submit all Bids by Sunday ( 04/14/2024 ). No new bids will accepted after 5PM on that Sunday. Monday morning 04/15/2024 we will notify all bidders that placed a bid by the deadline whom have been outbid to see if they want to raise their bids. Monday 04/15/2024 Afternoon the Auction will end and a winning bidder for each item will be notified. Please watch for emails, as a winning bidder will be awarded no later than ( 04/15/2024) Monday 5pm.

Private Appointments may be scheduled to view items Monday-Friday from 8AM-2PM
Pick-up of items is the responsibility of the buyer.
All Sold equipment will be moved at the expense of the buyer and schedule an appointment to pick up and move.
Pick up will be by appointment only Please Contact Jessica at 904-669-5574 to get information for those appointments.
Waivers will need to be signed in order to come and move equipment to remove SJC of any liability.
The County employees will not move anything
Bring your own equipment and your own people to help you.
