Real Estate: Two story 70’s built home setting on .96 of an acre lot. Property will be sold in as is condition. The successful buyer will enter into contract day of auction with 10% down payment day of sale and balance due in 30 days of said sale or a date agreed upon by both parties. Seller will furnish title insurance in amount of purchase price. Taxes will be prorated till date of possession.
