We try our best to call things by the right pattern etc., but it is up to you to research things yourself. WE ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. If I say something is Wexford and the pattern is actually Waterford, you should have researched it yourself!!! Any condition statement or name of an item is given as a courtesy only, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. You the bidder should make the call as to what the item is, otherwise we would have to list by photo only with no description. However, if I mess up on something (Example) if I call something Sterling and it is actually SilverPlate, I will make it right with you!!! ALWAYS check each item before you leave.
