HANDGUNS: Must be paid in full prior to applying for and properly passing the FFL background check. Buyer must pick up the item, upon successfully passing said background check, at Kerper's Gun Shop in Bowmansville, PA. Handguns will only be transferred to person identified on the sale's invoice. Purchaser is solely responsible for cost of the $20 background check (pass or fail) and all transfer costs. Should Buyer not pass said background check, Auctioneer will refund buyer's purchase amount only, less 15% ($25 minimum) for clerical processing, and ownership will not transfer but will remain with the estate. Pickup and transfer for all handguns is Tuesday, April 16th, 2024, 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Local Pickup ONLY, NO SHIPPING.
