Once items are paid for, winning bidders will work with Suntex Marinas for removal or storage terms for items won. Letters of credit or Guarantee must be for this auction only, along with proof of identity. As always, Your bid is a contract and will be treated as such. 5.All auction sales will be settled using the registered bidders credit card on-file with HiBid following the closing of the sale. Saylorville Marina Online Only Auction featuring houseboats, sailboats & a boat lift. Lots 7-12 are being sold on a storage lein - all state storage lien laws will apply. Should the owner bring their storage costs current that lot will be removed from the sale. Please read descriptions carefully - some items have titles and some do not. If they do not have a title buyers will receive a paid invoice and a notarized DNR form from the Marina to obtain a new Iowa title.
