Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

·      NO ACCOMMODATIONS! We have scheduled pick up times for a reason.

·      Soft closing and extended bidding features (not all lots close at the same time, and bidding can be extended, so please watch the end of the auction closely and refresh your screen regularly).

·      The card you used to register is NOT on file, this is a secure site, so be prepared to pay at pickup.

·      NO personal or business checks accepted.

·      WE WILL NOT BREAK OUT BACKS TO LOAD OR PACK YOUR ITEMS, WE WILL CHARGE YOU TO ASSIST YOU – SO BRING A FRIEND, A DOLLY, SOME MUSCLE, OR SOME CASH. We will NOT have the staff available to help carry or load your items, so come prepared.

·      We offer shipping on SMALLS. No large items, or framed art. If you choose to work with a freight company or delivery company for your winnings, please let us know so we can work with them.
