YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY: Bidding in an EDS Auction is your contract to purchase. All EDS auctions have soft closing times. Stagger time varies per auction depending on the total lot count. Any bids placed in the last two minutes of time remaining will extend the total time.
