Please note there is a 17% Buyer Premium. Indiana state sales tax of 7% applies to each lot. To be exempt from state sales tax at auction, the Registered Retail Merchant Certificate, as well as an ST-105, are required.
If you have Indiana tax exempt status, an ST-105 form must be e-mailed to info@earlywineauctions.com prior to close of business the day before the auction ends.
All items are sold AS-IS - WHERE IS with no guarantees. All winning bids will be charged to account on file immediately after the close of the auction.
