1972 Caterpillar 977 Dozer

 

Equipment will start and operates, see pictures and video. Engine has 2,110 hours (estimated) and was maintained every 250 hours. Maintenance records are available upon request.

 

Automatic Transmission is CAT Power Shift and is operable.

 

Equipment was used for clearing, grading and stockpiling materials. Dents and scratches throughout the equipment and tracks appear to be in fair condition. Decals removed, impression remains - other writing on equipment, remains.

 

NOTE: New head placed in 2015, new lift cylinders in 2018 - not many hours were put on the equipment since these installs. Hour meter has been replaced a couple of times, actual hours unknown.

 

Interior: Cab is in overall poor condition, torn/ripped seat, flooring and overall cab covered in dirt and paint flaking is evident. Equipment used at the County’s Solid Waste Facility, auction does not include cleaning.
