THERE IS NO SHIPPING BEING OFFERED AT THIS AUCTION. THIS IS A PICK UP ONLY AUCTION. TERMS AND CONDITIONS -- Online Personal Property Auction. Please review this document carefully. This document creates certain legally binding contractual obligations. In order to register and receive access to the interactive online bidding platform, a Bidder must accept and acknowledge these Terms and Conditions. 1. Any bid placed shall constitute a legally binding and enforceable offer to purchase the subject personal property. All bids therefore constitute an irrevocable offer to purchase and shall remain valid and enforceable until the Seller declares the property "Sold" and the auction has concluded. 2. WHERE & WHEN DO I PICK-UP MY ITEMS: Removal Day is Wednesday, April 17, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 531 W Bedford Rd, Morris, IL 60450.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be charged to each item purchased by cash, check or wire transfer. A 13% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on payments made by credit card.

HOW DO I PAY: Invoices are emailed within an hour after the auction closes and you may PAY at pick-up by cash, check, or credit card. Check Junk Folder after auction if you did not receive invoice. We do NOT automatically charge credit cards.

WHAT DO I NEED AT PICK-UP: All the items are located on the ground floor. Bring your own labor (muscle) to load heavier items. Lucky Auctions Staff will not (cannot) move heavy items. No exceptions. We will have a moving dolly available, if needed.

REMOVAL: This is a ONE-DAY pick-up schedule. Do NOT bid unless you can make the published pick-up day and time.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be charged to each item purchased by cash, check or wire transfer. A 13% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on payments made by credit card.

HOW DO I PAY: Invoices are emailed within an hour after the auction closes and you may PAY at pick-up by cash, check, or credit card. Check Junk Folder after auction if you did not receive invoice. We do NOT automatically charge credit cards.
