REGISTRATION & BID NUMBER ACCEPTANCE: By registering and accepting a bid number online the bidder acknowledges they have received, read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction posted.
Your credit card number will be retained and charged for your purchases when you sign up for a bidder number. By clicking the accept button online, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. Bidder acknowledges and understands that internet service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. or anyone else if their internet service fails to work correctly during the auction.
TIE BIDS: In the event there is a tie 'Max Bid', the item will be awarded to who placed the bid first.
PAYMENT: Payment is due in full at the close of the auction. Buyer's card on file will be charged in full immediately at the close of auction unless prior arrangements have been made. Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 4% buyer's premium & 9.4% Oklahoma Sales Tax will be added to the total receipt amount. A 3% convenience fee will be added on all Credit / Debit card purchases.
SHIPPING: We DO NOT provide shipping. Please ensure you have the ability to pick-up items BEFORE you bid.
LOAD OUT: Thursday, April 4th 2-6 p.m. and will be held ON-SITE at 2314 Camden Way, Woodward OK. Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full.
The Buyer is solely responsible for removal of their own purchases. Items not picked up during the dedicated pickup time will be forfeited and disposed of.
