Payment Terms: Payment is due Thursday, April 25 by 12pm. Once an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. No items can be removed until a complete settlement has been made. The PAID receipt ticket will be required in order to remove items from the site. All checks should be made payable to Furrow Auction Company. "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" Accepted Payment Methods: Wire Transfer, Company or Personal Check when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guaranty, Cash or Cashier's Check. Mastercard and Visa will have a 3% surcharge. Order Of Sale: Items will be sold in numerical order on Proxibid. Sales Tax: No Sales Tax will be collected. Successful Bidders agree to hold Furrow Auction Company, as well as the Seller's, harmless from any claim, injury, malfunction, or liability. Out-of-State Purchases for Firearms: ALL will be shipped to an FFL DEALER ONLY. NO Exceptions. NO SALES to CALIFORNIA, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, CONNECTICUT OR HAWAII. It is YOUR responsibility to know YOUR state laws, BEFORE bidding. Removal: Auctioneer and Seller assume no responsibility for items once declared sold. Buyer is URGED to REMOVE ITEMS the day immediately following the auction upon Auctioneer receiving payment in full or to self-insure for potential loss. The buyer is responsible for the loading, removal, shipping, and transportation of all purchased items. If Furrow Auction Company does not receive full payment within 2 days of the end of the auction, interest on overdue amounts will be paid by the purchaser at a rate of 18% per annum or at such other maximum rate as allowed by law, together with any legal or collection costs incurred by Auctioneers. Store Hours for pick are: 10AM-6PM Tuesday-Saturday sales@tennesseesilencer.com | 865-603-4214 Shipping: TN Silencer coordinates all shipping of firearms. For those having TN Silencer ship the firearms to Your Local Dealer: You will need to email a copy of your dealer's federal firearms license to sales@tennesseesilencer.com, preferably with a copy of your paid receipt, before they can begin the shipping process. After TN Silencer receives your license and a copy of your paid receipt, they will be contacting you with your total shipping cost w/handling, which you can pay them for over the phone via card or by mailing them a check. Shipping will be cost of postage + $35 handling fee. Each additional firearm is an additional $10 handling fee. Out of state customers also have the option to pick up any long guns in person at the store as long as it is legal in their state. Handguns must be shipped to their local dealer in their state per TN law.
