The carpentry class at Valley Career and Technical Center has built another amazing modular home this year. They also built a 1 bedroom tiny house, a bunkhouse, and a she shed! These will all be sold at auction on May 15 at 4 PM.
Brad Bryant is the contractor and teacher of the carpentry class and has once again done a remarkable job with the construction of the home and accessories buildings being sold this year.

This home is being built by the carpentry class under the direction of Brad Bryant. The proceeds of this home go back to the school to fund future carptentry classes.

  • A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid to determine the contract purchase price. Example: If the high bid is $100,000 the purchase price will be $110,000

  • $10,000 non-refundable cash or certified funds is due on the date of the auction

  • Entire balance must be paid no later than June 14, 2024

  • Cash and certified funds are the only payment types accepted

  • Building must be removed from the pad no later than Aug. 7, 2024

Pertinent information: Designed to sleep 8 singles in fold down Murphy style Bunk beds that fold away and allow space to congregate. Perfect as a bunkhouse in your back yard or at hunting camp. Wired to be generator or extension cord ready with an exterior male plug that feeds the interior lights and outlets.

Name: The She Shed, or Mini Man Cave
Size: 12' x 12' 

Pertinent information: 8'x12' interior space with a 4'x12' front porch sitting area. T-111 exterior primed and a black shingled roof. The interior features wood finishes with both pallet wood planks and battened wood panels. This is a fun, must see, accessory building to getaway from the noise. Would make a great small office or spot to take a break. Comes ready to plug in to an extension cord or generator to provide powered lights and outlets.

Specs: 
R-15 insulation, 2"x4" exterior wall construction, 2"x6" floor joist.
