The proceeds of this home go back to the school to fund future carptentry classes. StructuralFloor Joists: 9 ½" Versa-lamb bands 9 ½" BCI-joist 16” O.C. T-111 exterior primed and a black shingled roof. The interior features wood finishes with both pallet wood planks and battened wood panels. Great as an extended family, rental, or accessory dwelling. This structure will need a foundation and to be moved from our site by August 7,2024.
