Burke Auction employeeswill still assist in locating and gathering any small items under 30lbs. 7. We can ship your items. Shipping is at buyers expense, we ship USPS and UPS. Packing is charged at $1 per minute with a $6.00 per package minimum, plus box, packing and shipping label charge, Large, bulky, or fragile items are very expensive to ship. We DO NOT ship to PO BOX. We also DO NOT ship fragile items, coins, or jewelry. 8. Upon the award of bid, title and risk of loss, damage to or destruction of the purchased item, passes to the purchaser and the auctioneer shall have no liability whatsoever for any damage to or destruction of any such item. 9. No items may be removed until settled for in the manner announced. All items must be removed within the time announced in terms of sale unless prior arrangements have been made. Any Items not removed at the allotted time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by Burke Auction, will be considered forfeited merchandise and will become the possession and property of Burke Auction. 10. All rights, privileges, and powers reserved or granted to auctioneer in these Terms of Sale shall be deemed reserved and granted to auctioneer's employees, advertising representative, and all owners for whom the items are being sold. 11. Online bidding is a provided service and bidders understand and acknowledge that this service may not function properly. The auction company reserves the right to pause, postpone, or cancel the auction if complications or circumstances out of our control occur. 12.
