Bidding Begins: Friday, 3/15/24  starting @ 5:30 p.m.

Bidding Concludes: Thursday, 3/21/24, starting @ 6:00 p.m.

Pick up items:  Saturday, 3/23/24, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  No early pick-ups.  No additional pick-up days.  Parking is available at the Lorain High School parking lot with a very short walk to the home.  Bring a small cart with you if you have multiple lots to carry.  Minimal parking is available in the driveway only for those purchasing large furniture items.  

Auction Type: Absolute, no reserves. 

Pick up location is on Utica Ave, Lorain, OH.  Full address will be disclosed on your invoice.  Invoices will be emailed on Friday morning. 

THIS IS A ONE TIME PICK UP, PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE PICKUP TIME. NO OTHER TIMES AVAILABLE. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won.   ABANDONED ITEMS WILL INCUR A DISPOSAL/TRANFER FEE OF UP TO $20.

Your own muscle is required, please bring help or arrange movers for heavy items.  Winning bidders MUST provide or bring their own help, materials (boxes/packing supplies), and tools needed to move items safely.  We will not be able to help move/load furniture or other items. Thank you.

• If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an invoice with the actual pickup address after the auction closes.  This is NOT a receipt of payment.  You are required to pay with Credit Card/Debit Card via Stripe with the link provided on your invoice OR pay with exact cash at pick up. (No Credit Card payments are permitted at pick-up site; no personal checks accepted.)
