Descriptions are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Bidders MUST NOT share their password or account information with anyone. Bidders are solely responsible for bids placed on their account. Items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties. By placing any bid on any item(s), you are entering into a legally binding and irrevocable contract with Southern Minnesota Auctions to purchase the item(s) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Auction. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be canceled or retracted for any reason. At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. PAYMENT BUYER’S PREMIUM A 13% buyer’s premium will be charged on all items and lots. Discount of 3% if paid with Cash, Check, or Cashier’s Check. To pay with Cash, Check, or Cashier's Check, please contact Southern Minnesota Auctions to set up a time to drop off payment. STORAGE UNIT CLEAN-OUT FEE A clean out fee of $150 will be charged to your invoice. Upon cleaning out the unit completely, your $150 clean-out fee will be refunded. If any items or trash remain in the unit after you've picked up, your $150 clean out fee will not be refunded. If you've paid your invoice with cash or cashier's check, a check will be issued to you and mailed upon completion of clean-out. If you've paid your invoice with a personal/business check, the refund will be sent to you AFTER the check has cleared the bank and funds are confirmed; a check will be issued to you and mailed upon confirmation. FORMS OF PAYMENT Buyer will receive an invoice via email after the close of the auction and will be payable by cash, personal check, cashier’s check, credit card, or debit card. Any invoices left with a balance on the last day of pickup will be charged to the credit card on file. If the credit card on file is declined, the bidder will be banned from bidding on future Southern Minnesota Auctions sales. PICKUP PICKUP TIMES ARE ONLY AS LISTED. Please bring help, the proper tools, and the necessary equipment to load and secure your items. The Auctioneer, Southern Minnesota Auctions, and/or the property owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal.
