WHOLESALE GUIDELINES:

Requirements to purchase wholesale. You will need to buy things by the case pack. No breaking up cases. Minimum purchase amount is $500.00 Combined for all items.

CASH OR CREDIT CARDS FOR PAYMENT. 

 

 At “U BOUGHT IT LLC AUCTION SERVICES” there is NO cost to attend the BEST SHOW IN TOWN on a Saturday Night. All you need to get a bidder number is a photo ID and a valid phone number. We strive to deliver a FUN and FAST paced auction. Our Auction house is bright and clean. We use AuctionFlex for our clerking and accounting. This next level program allows the buyer to be able to check in and out with ease. This program also makes accounting for our consignors flawless.

 

At a U Bought It Auction. Our customers and consignors are more that a lot # or a buyer #.They are family and friends. Names first and last.  Come join the one place outside of your home that you can still feel at home. 

 

What to expect on auction night: 

We use a Pan Tilt Zoom camera system to project the image of what we are selling onto a 3 TV screen. This helps you to see exactly what we are selling as the sale progresses.

 

We are an indoor climate controlled auction house with plenty of seating with 150  seats. We have a big kitchen with pizza ovens, air fryers, microwave, stove, oven and drink refrigerators. All kinds of food items to choose from including a weekly dinner special. Get here early so you can have a front row seat for the show. 

You can also call ahead to reserve a seat in the gallery (Highly Recommended). 

We have plenty of parking on our well lit parking lot. 

 

At a U Bought It Auction you will find items such as ANTIQUES, PRIMITIVES, FURNITURE, NEW MERCHANDISE, ELECTRONICS, VINTAGE ITEMS, TOOLS and GENERAL HOUSEHOLD ITEMS. 

 

There will NEVER be a buyer’s premium. We do accept absentee bids. All bids must be called in before 4pm. No bids will be taken after 4pm. 

 

We accept payment in the form of CASH or CREDIT CARDS (There is a 4% Fee for Using Cards). Doors open Saturday at 4pm and the Sale starts at 6pm.

 

Our THREE step process of getting your item to auction.

  1. First Step: We visit the location where the items are located for your free no obligation consultation to discuss the fee structure and to make sure that we are a good fit for you and that you are a good fit for the auction.
  2. Second step: We arrive to pick up the deposit for all of the predetermined fees and get the contract signed  to ensure all parties are on the same page. We at that time set a service date.
  3. Third step: We pick up all of the items that are pre-discussed through your first and second visits. Remove all items from said address and take to UBI auction house. This is where we start the process of getting your items arranged and staged to be sold.

 

We are always taking Consignments. Our consignment rates for 2024 are listed below.

40% If you bring the items in to the auction house. If the items need to be picked up by the auction company with our trailers and trucks there is a pick up fee for doing such a job.

50% for all items that sell for less than $5.00 

40% plus a pick up fee. The base pick up fee is $200.00 for the first ten miles from the auction house and $5.00 a mile over the first ten. Other fees are to be determined as to where the items are located be it upstairs or downstairs. If we need to pick up the items from you. Your fees will explained to to you at your consultation.

To set a service date. Your predetermined fees will be paid to the ubi staff member at your consultation.

All items must be approved by a member of the ubi staff to be sold.
