EXEMPTIONS Resellers are required to upload a valid Resale Certificate to their Bidder account to be eligible for sales tax exemption. These certificates must be reviewed and accepted before the auction closes to utilize the exemption. LOTS Buyers are required to collect all items listed and organized within the lot(s); failure to comply may result in disposal fees and potential blacklisting. VEHICLES Vehicles listing a vehicle identification number (VIN) and title origin will have title paperwork. Title paperwork will be mailed via Certified Mail after ten (10) business days of the auction, unless the the Buyer has failed to remove the vehicle from the auction site by the stated removal deadline. The Buyer is fully responsible for transfer, smog, registration, sales tax, and fees due to DMV. Off-road, farm vehicles and towable/special equipment not listing a vehicle identification number (VIN) will not have title paperwork. Buyer’s invoice is the Bill of Sale. *Some Vehicles are Non-Operational (not in running order), may have missing parts and must be removed by hauling or towing. Absolutely no refunds or changes will be made because of Bidders’ failure to understand these terms. It is the Buyer's responsibility to read and understand California's requirements concerning Diesel Fueled Engines, the following disclosure applies to all Diesel Fueled engines sold. Any on-road heavy-duty diesel, alternative-diesel, or off-road diesel vehicle, operated in California, may be subject to the California Air Resources Board In-Use On-Road (Truck and Bus) or In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicle Regulations. It therefore could be subject to exhaust retrofit or accelerated turnover requirements to reduce emissions of air pollutants.
