PLEASE NOTE: This auction is being held at our studios. There will be large sandwich boards with signage guiding you to the pickup area. The pickup studio is in the lower level of the building adjoining Farmers State Bank of Hamel. You will be turning by Rusted Nail, which is a bright, mint green building and going to the back area of the bank to the sidewalk that leads to the back door. The pickup area is located in the lower level of the building and there are stairs. REMOVAL TIMES: This auction is being conducted at our studios. Immediately after an auction pick up concludes, we are busy loading the next auction. We are not able to accommodate special requests for alternative times or dates. We request that you do not bid if you are not able to pick up your items on the day and time specified. PACKING MATERIALS: No packing materials including boxes are provided. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pick-up/auction site. We are not responsible for items forgotten or left behind. LARGE ITEMS: Staff is unable to assist in the removal of any items including larger furniture. Please bring appropriate help and an appropriately sized vehicle! The items are in the lower level of the building when the pickup is at the studios. NO SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account locked down by K-BID and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated. SHIPPING: If an item is offered as shippable, we will bring the item to a third-party shipping company for you. We have no control over the fees they may charge. There are factors that will greatly increase the rate including the size and weight. i.e. Artwork is expensive to ship because of the size, not the weight. If you would like you would like your item shipped: 1. Invoice for all items to be shipped must be PAID IN FULL. We will not ship if unpaid. 2. Text 763-772-4674 with your name, bidder number and the auction title stating please ship my items. WE MUST HAVE NOTIFICATION BEFORE THE PICKUP TIME CLOSES. 3. We will bring your item to UPS the day after the pickup window has closed. 4. UPS will send you a separate invoice for shipping your items. The items will not ship until the invoice has been paid. Please allow 5-10 days for processing time. 5. Once paid your item will be shipped. PHOTOGRAPHY PROPS: Items - stands, risers, etc. used for photography purposes are not included in the lots unless stated in the description.
