Overall the unit is in good condition, however there has been issues with water leakage near the double bed area which has caused a softening of a small section of flooring, but the floor is dry now and appears to be in fair condition (may need some work on the flooring).
Tires appear to be in good condition.
Original purchase SPECS included as attachment, however, please note that not everything listed in the SPECS was originally provided and/or may no longer exist and be included in this purchase.
Trailer purchased by government on 5/14/15 and has been in usage the past 9 years for checkout from military families for recreational purposes.
This vehicle is located at the Fort Belvoir Outdoor Recreation, Bldg. 778, 10155 Johnston road Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
