Consignors will not be allowed to bid on their own items. If the property is in an Estate, any family member will be allowed to bid and pay for their purchases. Shill bidding is inviolation of various state and federal laws. As in all auctions conducted by Jon Witvoet Auctioneer, auction personnel will be allowed to bid and pay for their purchases. All bidders must register for a USER NAME and PASSWORD. The inital registration for bidder verfication only will be made to AUCTION FLEX. Payments for purchases will be made to JON WITVOET AUCTIONEER. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and thebuyer is fully and solely responsible for all activites that occur under your username, password, or on your account. The buyer must ensure that you properly log-out and exit from your account at the end of each session. Purcharser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abondoned items. If you canoot pick up your purchases by the date and time frame set, you will be charged an additional $10.00 to cover cost of personnel to meet you at a differnt date and time, up to 3 days of pick up date. You can place your highest bid and the system will start with the lowest increment and automatically bid for you in the increments until you run out of money, then you must bid again. It will be up to you to follow the bidding. A 10% buyer's premium will be charged all buyers on the online auction to defray thecost of making these items available to you to bid from your own home and on your time frame. plus 5% Buyers Premuim on credit cards.
