JD Newell Auctioneers, Inc., herein after referred to as the Auctioneer, reserves the right to add to or withdraw from the auction any items listed or not listed, to group individual lots into larger lots for sale, to subdivide lots into smaller lots forsake, or to sell all lots in bulk when it is in the best interest of the Seller. The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. Merchandise not paid for and removed within the specified time period may be resold without notice. Upon the sale of each lot, the Auctioneer announces the final sale price and successful Bidder number. All questions or disputes regarding Buyer, lot identity, price or quantity must be resolved immediately upon the sale of the lot. No changes or adjustments will be made at any later time. The record of the sale kept by the Auctioneer and will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. All persons attending preparation, inspection, sale or removal of merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer of liability. ALL AUCTIONS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC- All items are in UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITION unless otherwise stated and are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES implied or expressed. A Storage Lien Packet will be provided to the winning bidder for title paperwork on all Impounded Vehicles unless otherwise stated. All vehicle paperwork will appear exactly like it is on your invoice. Paperwork will be made out in the company name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice. If no company name is provided, then it will be listed in the individual name instead. Updating your online account personal information AFTER the item closes will not update your invoice or paperwork information. No changes to paperwork will be allowed. No exceptions! All items must be picked up within 5 business days of auction close, after auction close, or winning buyer will be charged a storage fee of $22.85 per day, per item left. If items purchased are not removed within 15 business days of auction close, the buyer forfeits money paid and the property reverts back to the seller with no recourse.
