BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% "buyer's premium" will be added to the successful bidder's high bid and will be included in the total purchase price. A 3% convenience fee will be charged when using a credit card. NC sales tax for Lenior County will be added (6.75%) unless you have an tax exempt/resale form (E-595E form).
PAYMENT: Cash, credit card or money order will be acceptable means of payment. HiBid will not be charging your credit card. If you win the bid, you will pay for your items when you pick it up.
NO WARRANTIES: The information contained on the sale list and all related auction materials are subject to the terms and conditions of the CONTRACT OF SALE. Buyer's complete inspection of property is encouraged. All property sells "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" if any. LOAD OUT: All items must be paid for in full prior to removal. All items are the responsibility of the purchaser when pronounced sold. At this auction, you will be allowed to pick up items the following day (Friday, March 8th) between the hours of 11am-4pm, by appointment only! Please do not show up expecting to get your items if you did not make an appointment because you will have to wait, thank you. Please call (919)222-8479 to make your appointment. Items not picked up the following day after the auction shall be subject to forteiture. Neither the seller nor Aycock Auction are responsible for damage or theft.
ACCIDENTS: All persons attending this auction or otherwise on the premises before, during and/or after the auction, do so at their own risk. Neither the sellers, Property owners nor Aycock Auction is responsible for accidents.

The owners of a folkart & antique store in Kinston, NC is retiring. This auction will possibly be the 1st of many to follow. The owner has spent the last 45 years trading & selling up and down the eastern US. Here are just a few items ranging from Civil War collectibles, folk art paintings from local artists from the Southeast, NC pottery, vintage clothing, dishes, jewelry, Watt & Hull pottery, furniture and much more. This will be an online ONLY auction. There will be a 13% Buyers Premium added to the successful bidders high bid along with NC sales tax of 6.75%. We will accept cash, VISA, MC, Discover and money orders. If paying by credit card, there will be an additional 3% convenience fee added. The auction location will be given out immediately following the end of the auction for those who need to pick up their items. Pick up will be the following day, Friday, March 8th from 11-4 OR Saturday, March 9th from 11-2.
